The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 307 of the I.P.C. was added. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The occurrence took place due to land dispute and both the parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29468 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
