Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "A. A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of PDS Dealership License on compassionate basis for Gram Panchayat Raj Karas Ghat of Sidhwalia Block of Gopalganj District pending before the Respondents since 06.02.2016 and further direct the Respondents to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner in prescribed format as early as possible."

Patna High Court CWJC No.20259 of 2021 dt.08-02-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the respondent no. 6 Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gopalganj, to pass an order on the representation filed by the petitioner on 06.02.2016.

In view of the above, respondent no. 6 Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gopalganj, is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 06.02.2016 within 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order passed by this Court.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
