2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32, 41(i) and 41(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2021 and there is recovery of 1120.41 litres of foreign liquor from possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) in some charitable organization.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna City at Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021.

7. Petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he deposits Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) in Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Patna and produces the receipt of the same and after verifying the genuineness of the receipt the petitioner shall be released.

8. The petitioner will visit Chowk Police Station on every Sunday. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
