The petitioner is in custody since 19.6.2014 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.121 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120B/34 and other section of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has been brought on mere suspicion by the informant, who has alleged that some time prior to the death of her husband, the deceased had some altercation with the petitioner with regard to the proceeds of fishing, for which the deceased had fishing right in the Jalkar. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that apart from this bald allegation made by the

No.46662 of 2014 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 informant, there is no iota of evidence to support the said prosecution case and, in fact, other witnesses, who have been examined during the course of investigation, have stated that there was no such differences between the petitioner and the deceased. Considering the aforementioned submissions and the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Shri R.R. Raman, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.121 of 2014. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
