ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.50 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case there is case and counter case between the parties. The main allegation is against Bhim Kumar, who is the informant in another case, bearing Madanpur P.S. Case No.51 of 2017.

No.35648 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and that they are having no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S.
