ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the part of the order dated 10.09.2014 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sitamarhi by which it has closed the defence evidence of the Petitioner without marking the injury report as Exhibit in S.Tr. No. 313 of 2012 arising out of Riga P.S. Case No. 27 of 2011.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
