The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forbesganj P.S. case No. 450 of 2016 under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant was going along with his friends and it is alleged that Saif Alam and Amit Lohar came and started having talk but in the meantime the petitioner is alleged to have fired but no injury was caused. Petitioner is friend of the informant. No injury has been caused.

It appears that it was the petitioner who fired and the informant providentially escaped from being hurt.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48863 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
