====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.44 of 2017 registered under Sections 493, 376, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Praveen Kumar, the son of the petitioners, developed physical relation with the informant on the pretext of performing the marriage. Thereafter, the informant put pressure upon Praveen Kumar to perform the marriage and when the petitioners being the parents of Praveen Kumar were contacted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39844 of 2017 (2) dt.18-09-2017 2/2 by her and her parents then these petitioners asked the father of the informant to execute the sale deed regarding his house and also made demand of cash Rs.3,00,000/- to which the parents of the informant refused and, after that, the informant and her father were abused by them.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that, in fact, the petitioners are parents of Praveen Kumar against whom there is allegation of developing physical relation with the informant and due to that reason, they have falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.44 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
