It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error in the last paragraph of the order dated 10.10.2023, year of P.S. Case number has been wrongly typed as "Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023" in place of "Sultanganj PS Case No. 45 of 2022 " .

Having perused the order dated 10.10.2023, the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be correct.

Accordingly, the order dated 10.10.2023 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order, year of P.S. Case number shall be read as "Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 45 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63686 of 2023(3) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 2022" in place of "Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023". The rest part of the order dated 10.10.2023 shall remain unchanged.
