Having regard to the fact that payments have been made in terms of the 5th Pay Revision Committee recommendation, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

Patna High Court MJC No.4523 of 2014(13) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to approach the competent authority for raising grievance as to payment of differential amount in terms of the recommendation of the 6th Pay Revision Commission.

With the aforesaid liberty to agitate the matter before the competent authority the present application stands disposed of.
