The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Twon P.S. Case no. 65 of 2017, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Chandeshwar Chaudhary and Ranjeet Kumar both clerks posted in the office of the informant Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Aurangabad in collusion with 11 others persons named in the F.I.R. prepared forged documents regarding the reemployment of several persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that, in fact, the petitioner is a Class-IV employee posted as Sevika at Primary Health Centre, Daudnagar and in course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38875 of 2017 (3) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 investigation her name has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Further submission is that F.I.R. named accused Rajkumari Devi, Dular Chand Prasad Gupta @ Dular Chand, Devi Dayal Singh, Krishna Singh, Mahendra Singh, Devendra Kumar and Harinandan Prasad have already granted privilege of pre-arrest on 13.07.2017 and 06.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22905 of 2017 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22336 of 2017, respectively. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.
