Although, the allegation against this petitioner is that he gave iron-rod blow to the informant causing head injury to him and the head injury of the informant was found to be grievous in nature but submission on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the alleged date of occurrence, the father of the petitioner was assaulted by the prosecution party and later on the father of the petitioner died in course of treatment for which Hussaingunj P.S. Case No. 282/14 was registered on 01.11.2014 i.e. just after the alleged occurrence but case was lodged on 07.11.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42472 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 P2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S.
