1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions in the nature of Mandamus/Certiorari for quashing of order as contained in memo no. 2224 dated 28.9.2020 passed by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (Respondent no.3 herein) in Appeal no.44 of 2020 filed by the respondent no.6 whereby and whereunder selection of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14867 of 2022(2) dt.27-02-2024 2/3 to the post of Anganwari Sevika on center no. 471 by the Child Development Officer, Baruraj has been canceled with immediate effect and further direction has been issued to the Child Development Officer, Baruraj (respondent no.4 herein) for fresh selection on center in question. And further it has been observed that the interested parties can file an appeal before the competent authority within the time limit. And further prayer for quashing of the order dated 6.12.2021 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Muzaffarpur in I.C.D.S. Appeal case no. 99 of 2020 filed by the petitioner challenging the said order dated 28.9.2020 passed by the respondent no.3, by which it has been observed that it is clear from the letter no.339 dated 5.3.

2020 of the Director, Primary Education that after checking the certificate of the applicant it was found that the North East National Board School of Education, Assam is a private Board, the name of this Board is not even in COBSE, and in the Directorate of Training also there is no official information regarding this Board. And it has been further observed that there is no illegality in the order of the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur and said order passed by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.3 herein) has been affirmed. And further prayer for a direction to the respondent no. 3 and 4 to reinstate the petitioner to the post of Anganwari Sevika in Anganwari Center no. 471 in place of Smt. Reena Devi (Respondent no.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
