ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 30.7.2014 in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.54 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is only on account of previous land dispute, namely, Sangrampur P.S. Case No.51 of 2014, in which the petitioner is the informant, that the present case has been registered against the petitioner levelling false allegation. Learned counsel submits that the injury is simple.

No.46410 of 2014 (4) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the materials available on record and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri S.K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.54 of 2014.
