2. The petitioner superannuated from the post of Professor in Chemistry Department under Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga has approached this Court seeking a direction from the concerned respondent to ensure post retiral benefits and other dues.

3. Ms. Alka Verma, learned Advocate for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University submits at the Bar that a counter affidavit in the matter has been filed and now all the admissible retiral benefits and other dues have been paid.

4. At this juncture, Mr. Ratan Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the same is required to be verified at the level of the petitioner. He thus, seeks liberty to

5. Considering the submissions set forth, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
