1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions particularly in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondents no. 3 and 4 to produce the marks obtained by the petitioners of the physical
Patna High Court CWJC No.20260 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 examination with respect to Advertisement No. 02/2019 published by Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) (hereinafter referred as (CSB) for appointment on the post of constable in Bihar Police/ Bihar Military Police/ Special India Reserve Force/ Bihar State Industrial Security Force and further for a direction to the respondents No. 3 and 4 to produce the marks obtained by all the successful candidates with respect to aforesaid Advertisement."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
