The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No.126 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is found to be involved in motorcycle theft. He is in custody since 14.05.2025. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Raxaul at East

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60488 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 Champaran, Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No.126 of 2025.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at Chhauradano Police Station, District- East Champaran, on first and third Sunday of each month.
