Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 477 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A of the I.P.C. The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Submission is that petitioner, who happens to be husband of the complainant, has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48539 of 2016 (3) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 477 of 2014.
