Petitioners has filed instant petition for modification of order dated 21.04.2014 passed in CWJC No.3801 of 2014 on the ground that on account of typographical error some sort of confusion has cropped up which, if not removed will jeopardize the interest of the petitioner. To clarify the same, it has been submitted that two institution have been perceived as is evident

Patna High Court MJC No.2621 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 from Annexure-9 of the original writ petition. The first one Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapith and the second one Dr. Ambedkar Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapith Bihar cum Education and Training. At second page of order dated 21.04.2014 presence of two institution has been perceived but on account of some sort of slip the name of the first institution has not correctly been incorporated and in place thereof, it has been incorporated as Dr. Ambedkar Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapith, Jokia, Begusarai which should have been Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapith, Jokia. Learned AC to GP-21 has also endorsed the same.

Gone through Annexure-1 in consonance with the relevant portion of the judgment incorporated at page no.2 "forth line from below which should have been Dr. Bhimrao before Ambedkar Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapith, Jokia, Begusarai" and to that extent instant petition is accepted and is allowed. The judgment and order dated 21.04.2014 passed in CWJC No.3801 of 2014 be read accordingly.
