Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 47A/54/57 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From a truck huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered on 15.07.2016. The petitioner was arrayed as accused for the reason that he was the cleaner of the truck. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
