The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 registered under Sections 384, 385 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is co-villager of the complainant. On perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that earlier F.I.R. was lodged against the present complainant and others for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act, Thereupon, the petitioner has falsely been dragged in this case by the complainant.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45444 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
