07-01-2016 Sri Pawan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 2 as well as learned counsel for the Accountant General, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. However, he submits that the enhanced amount of A.C.P. has not been paid to the petitioner with interest, for which, the petitioner was entitled.
Without recording any opinion, the writ petition stands disposed of.
