Case No. 105 of 2016 registered for the offence(s) under section(s) 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is named in the FIR and later on, it appears that the victim girl was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of victim girl has been recorded under section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code in which she has not stated about any specific allegation against this petitioner either of assault or any ill treatment.

Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S.
