The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.19 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The miscellaneous application is, accordingly, dismissed.
