The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioners along with others are alleged to have surrounded the father of the informant (Yogendra Singh) and Dhanesh Singh is said to have fired which hit on the head of Yogendra Singh. Yogendra Singh died on the spot. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners. Similarly situated coaccused Vijay Singh has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41870 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 P2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 22/2015.
