JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 By order dated 18.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22046 of 2017, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.128 of 2014, pending in the Court of Sri S.K. Rai, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer is for extension of time. Prayer is allowed.

Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
