The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant was missing since 10.05.2015. Dead-body of the son of the informant was recovered on 05.05.2015. The informant suspected that the petitioner along with Raj Kumar Mistri, Biren Mistri and Manglu Uraon might have killed his son. Raj Kumar Mistri and Biren Mistri have been granted anticipatory bail. The case of the petitioner stands on same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
