Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 420, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the very falsity of the case appears from the record as the alleged occurrence is of 10.05.2016, whereas the present case has been instituted on 10.06.2016, after lapse of one month. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case as he was working in the clinic of the informant and when he left the said clinic, this case has been filed against him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Obra P.S.
