JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Explosive Substances Act.

It is alleged that the explosives were laid near the house of the informant when the informant suspected the hands of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled only on the basis of suspicion. This court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the FIR was registered in 2001. However, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46585 of 2014 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 152 of 2001 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Bagaha, West Champaran. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
