This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 47, 49, 50, 51, 57 and 60 of the Indian Penal Code. Five liters country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bairia P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
