Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the array of parties, inadvertently the district name was shown as that of 'Aurangabad' in place of 'Bhojpur' as a result whereof the direction issued by this Court has been sent to the respondents in the district of 'Aurangabad.'

Having regard to the kind of submissions, let the correction be carried out in the array of respondent nos.3 to 5

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16997 of 2023(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 showing district 'Bhojpur' in place of 'Aurangabad' and the order dated 20.09.2022 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No.292 of 2021 be deemed to have been passed in respect of the respondents in the district of 'Bhojpur.'
