The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the accused persons assaulted the informant with lathi, iron rod etc. They also assaulted her son and her brother Kaushal Kumar.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is specific allegation on co-accused Ramesh Thakur and Ganesh Thakur to assault the son of the informant. So far as the petitioner is concerned, she is a lady of clean antecedent and

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the matter relates to land dispute between the parties. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-I, Barh in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
