2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 177 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

3. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that Rs. 8,30,000/- out of Rs. 18 lakhs which is said to have been transferred in the bank account of the petitioners though cheques, have been paid to the informant through different modes. The details whereof have been annexed with the bail petition. The petitioners are ready to return the remaining amount of Rs. 9,70,000/- to the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that in addition to Rs. 18 lakhs, Rs. 15 lakhs were also paid to the petitioners in cash. The informant had given the notice to the petitioners to return the entire amount.

5. Out of Rs. 18 lakhs which was transferred in the bank account of petitioners, they have already returned Rs. 8,30,000/-. The petitioners are ready to return the remaining amount of Rs. 9,70,000/-.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 177 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.

7. The petitioners shall return Rs. 9,70,000/- to the informant in six equal monthly installments.
