The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 391 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from cowshed of one Pathalu Rai. Petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 391 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
