The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 113.625 liters of illicit liquor from the vehicle in which the petitioner was travelling.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 09.07.2019.

Case No. 249 of 2019.
