The petitioner, T. B. Control Employee Association, Bihar, claims that there has been revision of honorarium for the financial year 2015-16 vide Annexure-P3 for the employees appointed on contractual basis. It further claims that such revision of honorarium has been implemented in 18 districts of the Bihar but in other districts that has not been implemented.

It is contended that the petitioner has approached the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18443 of 2016 dt.30-01-2017 2/2 respondent no.2 on 19.09.2016 by filing a representation, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure-P8 but no decision has been communicated to him till date.

Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
