2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in light of the fact that the petitioner has already preferred CWJC No. 12451 of 2014 against the impugned order passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15318 of 2022 dt.17-08-2023 2/2 Collector, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif, by which a penalty has been passed withholding the entire amount of pension of the petitioner and in this regard petitioner has filed Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2022 pleading therein that petitioner has filed the present writ petition without understanding the consequences that the same is not maintainable in view of the fact that similar relief as has been claimed for in CWJC No. 12451 of 2014.

3. Considering the submission and information given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all his grievance as prayed for in the present writ petition in CWJC No. 12451 of 2014 which is pending before this Hon'ble Court.
