For an examination conducted with regard to the Bihar Elementary Teachers Eligibility Test, held in the year 2011, the petitioners filed a writ petition in the year 2015 and sought for re-evaluation of the OMR sheets. The learned Writ Court, taking
Patna High Court LPA No.2223 of 2015 (04) dt.27-03-2017 - 2 - note of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent-Bihar School Examination Board, came to the conclusion that now no direction for re-evaluation of the OMR sheets can be issued in the light of the submissions made in the counter affidavit by the Examination Board that OMR sheets have already been destroyed. Taking note of the findings recorded by the learned Writ Court, we see no reason to interfere in the matter. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
