JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Murliganj Case No. 74 of 2000 instituted for the offence under Sections-302, 120(B) & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

From the written report, it appears that the instant case is of the year, 2000. The petitioner did not appear during investigation. The learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that vide para-28 of the case diary, charge sheet has been submitted against co-accused showing the petitioner absconder. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
