This appeal is directed against the order dated 7.5.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17888 of 2018, titled as Shankar Kunwar Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., by a learned

Patna High Court L.P.A No.960 of 2019(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 Single Judge of this Court, whereby and whereunder the application has been dismissed as infructuous in view of the amending provision in Section 16(3) of Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961.

Finding the Court not to be in favour of the submissions of the appellant, learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press the appeal, reserving liberty to initiated appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The appeal is dismissed as not pressed, with the liberty aforesaid.
