JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 27-06-2018 Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the interim order passed by the learned Writ Court and considering the orders being passed under similar circumstances yesterday in L.P.A.No.855 of 2018, we direct that the election to the Gram Panchayat may go on, but counting of the votes shall remain stayed and the matter shall be taken up for consideration after orders passed by the Full Bench in LPA No.1425 of 2014 listed on 11th July, 2018.
