The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2019 in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 89/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a,26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only on suspicion that he was taken into custody and nothing incriminating has been found against him. It is further submitted that the alleged recoveries were not from the petitioner, but from one Ram Lala Tiwari and that he has got a clean antecedent. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
