JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2007-2014 but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 314 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Muzaffarpur.
