The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of dowry death.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is father-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and there is general and omnibus allegation against them and husband of the deceased who is already in custody.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

No.69338 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
