JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 108 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Even though petitioner has no concern with the injuries, the same has been found to be simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 19.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7406 of 2014 (Annexure-3).
