Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in light of the statement made in the counter affidavit, specifically in paragraph No. 5, the arrears of the Second ACP have been paid, and a sum of Rs. 3,48,358/- (Rupees Three Lakh FortyEight Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Eight only) has been disbursed vide Cheque No. 005081, dated 09.09.2024. Accordingly, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
