It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ application is to be disposed of. Vide order dated 29.03.2012, this Court had directed that the present writ application be listed after disposal of L.P.A. No. 125 of 2011. The following is the order dated 29.03.2012: " Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to deposit the demand amount by the BIADA as contained in Annexure-13, subject to the result of this writ application and LPA No. 125 of 2011 where the question of the basis

After the amount is deposited by the petitioner, the BIADA should transfer the lease in the name of the petitioner.

List this case after disposal of LPA No. 125 of 2011."
