Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kargahar (Sidhi) P. S. case no. 148/2014 registered under sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioners are agnates of the deceased who was a widow and leading separate life from her agnates. In course of investigation, it came to light that prior to four days of the alleged occurrence, a quarrel had taken place between the petitioners and the deceased and thereafter, deceased consumed poison. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46906 of 2014 (3) dt.19-05-2015 the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Balendra Shukla, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned court in Kargahar (Sidhi) P. S. case no. 148/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
