2. The present writ petition has been filed for removing the name of respondent no.9 and appointing the petitioner on her place as Anganbari Sevika for Center No.300 situated in Village-Narahwan Sukul under Gram PanchayatAhirauli Dubauli, Ward No.5, P.S.- Kuchaikote, Block-

Patna High Court CWJC No.13238 of 2018(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 Kuchaikote, District- Gopalganj.

Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has failed to exhaust her remedy under the relevant guidelines for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika in the relevant time. Counsel further submits that during inspection, it has been found that the certificate of the petitioner is not genuine.

4. As such, without entering into the merits of this case, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy in accordance with law and the authority shall take a decision upon consideration of all the documents of the petitioner as well as of respondent no.9, if prefers to file any application.
