Mr. Ashish Giri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by holding a fresh election and he is holding the post of Secretary after constitution of fresh committee and in this regard he has also filed a supplementary affidavit.
